Therapy Package # 1

If you have an issue that is bothering you so much it is interfering with your relationships, life goals and happiness, this package will release you from that.   It involves a three to six-week contract delivered in person or online.

 

Description

A thorough health and behaviour analysis will allow me to see what triggers have occurred and is now causing your behaviours and body to be using strategies to cope (survive) in your environment and what you are healing from or compensating for.

A package will be personally designed to work deeply, allowing the subconscious to disconnect fears, frustrations or other emotions, plus limiting beliefs founded from the initial event.
We will also be exploring any positive, often hidden, pluses to ‘keeping’ your issue, ie what is its purpose.
Neutralising the initial experience allows for the mind and body to process and let go.

Matrix Reimprinting –  a process which disengages past traumas and core beliefs, elegantly enabling transformation to occur allowing the subconscious to ‘let go’.  It incorporates Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/tapping) which in recent trials is comparable or more so, to CBT in its effectiveness with a range of issues.

NLP – Neuro-linguistic Programming -we create an internal picture of the world from what we see, hear and feel, NLP seeks to ‘reprogramme’ patterns of thinking to aid us to be more focused, balanced and positive.

BWRT – Brain Work Recursive Therapy -is a new model of psychotherapy that is determinedly solution-focused, promoting rapid resolution of psychological distress.

Coaching Package # 2

I am an expert in overeating behaviours and offer a six-week package designed to clear cravings, emotional reasons for using food and creating a positive relationship with eating and food. Interventions include dynamic processes designed to work without the need for willpower.

Description

My Philosophy
My ethos is size neutral; we are all on different aspects of our journey. Size and emotional eating are not synonymous, in the same way, dieting doesn’t suddenly give you a healthier mindset around food. I truly believe in clearing the triggers that started the repeated behaviour of using food. When the blocks are removed and a renewed approach to food is experimented with, that is when true empowerment around food is reached.

My Methods
First, the blocks to overcoming overeating are revealed and cleared, for example, loss or grief; what happened last time; negative sexual experience; childhood rules around eating and food; dieting trauma; influence from authoritative figures or anger. I use a combination of methods such as EFT, NLP, meditations and mindfulness practices.

Next, it is often helpful to neutralise those foods that you would rather not crave, alongside integrating mindful eating practices as new patterns become the norm.

When food and eating no longer are a problem and you become kinder to your body, the best version of you emerges.

Train to help your family and friends with their issues or take the opportunity to start a new career as an energy therapist.
Perhaps you are already working with clients and know that Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is the next step in offering your clients deeper healing.

I have been using EFT since 2005, with pupils in school, with my family and with clients. I have qualified with three EFT schools and a process called Matrix Reimprinting, which goes even deeper. Level 3 or Train as a Trainer will level up your ability to work with a wider range of issues and increase your confidence and status or train others to do the same.
